Housing Construction Site Supervisor & Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise foreign workers at the construction site.
• Ensure all works is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Communicate and coordinate with the client or main contractor on site matters.
• Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site, using construction drawings as a guide.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs.
• Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
• Monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis and keep accurate records of the work activities.
• Prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards.
• Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants.
