Housing Design Supervisor

This position will take the responsibility of leading & supervising Housing engineering team in developing eDrive application programs.



+ Leading & Supervising housing engineering team to develop eDrive housing, meeting internal specifications and customer requirement.

+ Manage the team, ensure the team follow BorgWarner product development process.

+ Responsible for engineering capability improvement of the housing engineering team.

+ Work with a cross-functional team to continuously improve the product development process, improve design quality and work efficiency.

+ Create training plan and conduct training for the team.

+ Based on the input of eDrive system. Lead the team to release the 3D model & 2D drawing and freeze the Casting design within the timing plan.
