POSITION TITLE: Housing Development Coordinator
POSITION TYPE: Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Housing Director
Primary Objective: Reporting to the Housing Director, the Housing Development Coordinator is responsible for developing and supervising Housing programming, personal development and recovery plans through the team of Lifeskill Coaches (Uturn, Housing First and Common Spaces) and volunteers that engage with youth facing homelessness and/or substance use disorder, and recovery in housing placement through a focus on stability, employment, and a biopsychosocial‑spiritual health philosophy and practice.
The Housing Development Coordinator works closely with individuals/families in need of housing, funded agency housing teams, other community agencies, landlords, government representatives, and as well as members of the Westman Youth for Christ Housing teams.
