• Handle ASB injunctions and Environmental Protection Act matters.
• Run possession cases, including complex defences.
• Advise on residential leasehold and shared ownership issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experienced in housing law with sound technical understanding.
• Confident advocate, comfortable representing clients at hearings.
• Highly organised, able to manage a busy and varied workload.
• Strong communicator, delivering clear and practical advice.
