Housing Litigation Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Westminster, £55ph – Reference: RQ1538737
You will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of housing litigation matters, including:
Possession proceedings

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) injunctions

Disrepair claims

Tenancy-related advice

Succession and other housing law matters
You will report to the Principal Lawyer and work closely with colleagues across Legal Services and Housing teams.

The role is hybrid, with a mix of remote and in-office work based in Westminster.

Key Responsibilities:
Take over and manage a live caseload of 50 complex housing litigation matters

Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal clients

Represent the council in court proceedings and liaise with counsel where necessary

Draft legal documents and correspondence
