This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful and supportive department advising Housing Associations and Local Authorities on a broad range of housing-related disputes.

The Role

You will support Partners and Senior Associates across a varied Litigation caseload, including:

• Advising on and managing litigation relating to tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour
• Handling possession and injunction applications
• Defending housing disrepair claims brought by tenants
