Responsibilities

• The Housing Support Manager will manage a team of 7 key workers who in turn manage a small case load for their clients.
• Manage and ensure compliance within the Housing Support Act (2023) as well as manage support service contracts to achieve goals, targets and contract obligations, including regular report writing and meetings.
• Oversee and maintain ambitions standards to health and safety, safeguarding, fire safety and resident well-being.
