Position Overview

The How-To Video Review & Editing Intern will support the company in ensuring that all instructional and training videos are accurate, clear, and professionally presented. The intern will be responsible for reviewing existing How-To videos, identifying issues, implementing necessary edits, and helping standardize video quality to enhance user understanding and internal training effectiveness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Video Review and Quality Assurance

• Review assigned How-To and instructional videos in full.
• Evaluate content accuracy, clarity of instructions, and completeness of steps.
• Identify technical issues such as poor audio quality, unclear visuals, incorrect screen captures, and outdated content.
• Document findings in the official video review tracker.
