HPC Skill Set
- Cluster Tool Kit: Rocks, x CAT, Open HPC
- Scheduler: PBS Pro, SLURM
- MPI: Intel, Open MPI
- PFS: Lustre, GPFS
- Compile, install scientific applications including:
- GROMACS, NAMD, LAMMPS, Open FOAM, Gaussian, etc.
- Numerical libraries like BLAS, LAPACK, FFTW, Sca LAPACK, MKL.
- Configure and manage Docker or containerized HPC environments (Singularity, Podman).
- Integrate and optimize Intel One API, GCC, and MPI (Intel MPI, Open MPI, MPICH) environments.
- Manage NVIDIA GPU drivers, CUDA,
Linux Skill:
- OS Deep Dive ( Red Hat, SLES, Ubuntu )
