Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated HPC Sales Account Manager to expand AMAX's footprint in the HPC and AI market. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing and new clients. They will be the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities to upsell, ultimately fostering long term relationships.
- Own and lead the AMAX-client relationship. Provide advanced computing solutions tailored to customers’ unique business applications. Research and business analysis will often be required.
- Provide accurate, prompt, and thorough responses to customers’ product needs and inquiries, and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
