About the Role:

Navodaya Medical College (NMC) is seeking a skilled HPLC & RT-PCR Technician to support clinical diagnostics, research activities, and academic laboratory functions. The candidate will be responsible for performing HPLC analysis and RT-PCR testing with high accuracy while maintaining strict quality control and biosafety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain HPLC & RT-PCR systems for clinical and research sample analysis.
• Prepare reagents, standards, and run validated analytical methods.
• Perform RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and real-time RT-PCR assays for diagnostic purposes.
• Analyse chromatograms, Ct values, and amplification curves.
• Maintain proper documentation as per NABL/GLP/GMP guidelines.
• Ensure biosafety compliance and contamination control in molecular laboratory.
