Job Summary
The HR, Accounting & Admin Officer is a cross-functional professional responsible for managing core human resources functions, office administration, and financial transactions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining operational continuity by supporting recruitment, employee relations, government compliance, and accounting processes such as disbursements, bookkeeping, and reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong HR and administrative skills with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, preferably in a project- or construction-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management
· Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
· Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and 201 files.
· Administer payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and leave monitoring.
