HR/ Admin Assistant
The HR & Admin Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Human Resources and Administration Departments. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee record management, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Human Resources
· Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
· Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
· Support in preparing HR documentation such as employment contracts, attendance records, and performance appraisal forms.
· Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
· Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
· Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as required.
