Job Description

HR & Admin Assistant – Job Scope

  • Assist in recruitment process (job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding)
  • Prepare and manage HR documents (offer letter, contract, employee records).
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll preparation.
  • Handle basic HR administration and staff inquiries.
  • Support daily office administration and operations.
  • Manage office supplies, filing, and documentation (physical & digital).
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and general administrative support.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Work location: YBS Agro Premiere Sdn Bhd, Cameron Highlands branch.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
