Job Description
HR & Admin Assistant – Job Scope
- Assist in recruitment process (job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding)
- Prepare and manage HR documents (offer letter, contract, employee records).
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll preparation.
- Handle basic HR administration and staff inquiries.
- Support daily office administration and operations.
- Manage office supplies, filing, and documentation (physical & digital).
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and general administrative support.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Work location: YBS Agro Premiere Sdn Bhd, Cameron Highlands branch.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
