Job Description
1.0 Recruitment
i. Arrange online job posting.
ii. Screening of potential candidate/s with department head
iii. Arrangement of interview session for shortlisted candidates.
iv. Attend interview session.
v. Preparation for new hire checklist.
vi. Briefing of HR Policies to new staff.
2.0 Resignation
i. Submission of resignation letter and leave balance details for HOD verification.
ii. Get approval from HOD for resignation.
3.0 Payroll
i. Verify Overtime calculation
ii. Compiled unpaid leave and organization chart, recruit and resignation record and key in excel file (payroll/headcount/verification report).
4.0 HR Admin & Disciplinary
i. Prepare non-payroll budget report and control budget utilization.
ii. Employee compliance to HR policies.
iii. Handling any disciplinary issues, conduct disciplinary action.
5.0 Office Administration/Operation
i. Assist HOD on audit finding review and verification
