The HR & Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Human Resources department and executive leadership team. This dual-role position ensures smooth HR operations while also managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and serving as secretariat for the Management Committee (ManCom). The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and capable of balancing administrative precision with professional communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
· Track compliance requirements, training, and certifications
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
