Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course.
- With at least 3 years or more of work experience related in handling human resources (payroll and timekeeping, recruitment, employee relations, and admin) tasks.
- Has basic working knowledge in accounting principles and regulations and its application to payroll processing.
- Familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code and its implementing guidelines.
- Detail-oriented and have the ability to do multi-task.
- Has a strong sense or urgency and sound judgement.
- Has initiative and resourcefulness in meeting objectives.
- With basic knowledge and skills in MS Office particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
- Currently residing at Dumaguete City or a nearby town.
- Willing to travel to Quezon City to undergo a 1-2 weeks training.
