Job Description
Responsibilities
- Executing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal files.
- Handle employee grievances, queries, and other HR-related matters.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for site staff.
- To handle the full set of recruitment process including onboarding, and to recruit the right talents within the hiring timeline.
- To manage employees’ disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.
- To manage vendor registrations and preparing documents for participating tender.
- Assist in preparing documentation and processes required for ISO 9001 certification.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
