Founded in 1984 in Singapore, Fitson specializes in producing high quality baby and mother care products for well-established international baby brands. Fitson provides a full scope of services which encompasses the initial stages of design conceptualisation, tool design & fabrication, product innovation, manufacturing to complete packaging and delivery.
What do you need do in this role:
Staffing or Talent Management, including posting job vacancies, coordinate recruitment agency, Job advertisement control & monitoring, conducting initial screenings, and assisting in the onboarding of new employees.
Monthly attendance and payroll preparation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
Administer employee compensation & benefits Improvement.
