About the role

Kanhseei Teckh Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented HR ADMIN to join our growing team in Johor Bahru(Dato Onn). This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources operations and ensuring the smooth running of our HR processes.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the administration of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
• Providing support in the coordination of HR programmes and initiatives, including training and development, performance management, and employee engagement
• Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Maintaining and updating HR databases and documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and metrics
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery
