Administrative Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office administration, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, IT coordination, utilities, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative functions.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for office administration.
- Maintain and update company documentation, permits, licenses, regulatory submissions and assist with compliance documentation.
Organize meetings, events, and company functions, prepare HR and admin reports for management review.
Compliance & Risk Management
Keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, and government regulations in the EV sector.
