A large and growing conglomerate with a core in real estate leading some of the most prominent projects in Malaysia.
Your new role
Based in Petaling Jaya, you will be expected to independently lead the department and team as a HR Admin Manager. Beyond the basic requirements of managing the full spectrum of HR, your main focus will be to strengthen the HR processes from the internal and with external stakeholders. With strong support from the senior leadership team, they are looking for someone with strong knowledge to advise on labour laws, the best recruitment practices, and a reliable leader with integrity. This stable organisation has plans to expand in the next 1-year and is looking for talents who will grow with them into a senior HR position.
