Role Overview:

The Human Resources & Administration (HR&A) Supervisor will lead, direct, and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities.

Provides oversight and guidance to manpower development by monitoring processes related to recruitment/ retention, compliances, compensations, benefits, training and development as well as overseeing administrative functions. The HR&A Supervisor will provide strategic guidance to the HR Department.
