Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and employee engagement.
- Lead and support staff development programs, workshops, and skill-building efforts.
- Design and implement efficient adminstrative systems and workflows to enhance productivity and enhance business operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current & future business needs throught the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overal HR strategies, system, tactics and procedure across the organisation.
