HR Admin Officer

A construction company established since 1985, with office located in Quezon City, engage in DESIGN & BUILD services specializing in Industrial & Warehouse projects with fabrication plant located in Bulacan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
• Highly organized, resourceful, and a good communicator, able to work independently with initiative
• Prior experience in a construction firm or contractor setting is an advantage
• Can start ASAP

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate the recruitment of office staff and construction workers through job postings, screening of resumes, interviews, background checks, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation
