1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar roleExperience supporting supply chain, logistics, or operations teams is an advantage
Maintain and update employee records for supply chain staff
Support recruitment activities (job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding)
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and timesheets for supply personnel
Assist with payroll preparation and verification for supply chain employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Prepare HR reports related to manpower, turnover, and attendance
Support performance appraisal processes for supply department staff
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development activities for supply employees
Assist in disciplinary actions and documentation when required
Liaise between HR, supply chain, and management teams
