We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Administration Assistant to join our team. Our company specializes in the trading, fabrication, and rental of containers and cabins.
This role supports both the Human Resources and Administrative functions by providing day-to-day coordination, administrative assistance, and basic financial support. The HR & Admin Assistant plays an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding of new employees, and maintenance of employee records
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, document control, filing, and meeting coordination
- Assist with payroll processing and administration of employee benefits
