With a combined workforce of approximately 100 employees, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR & Administration Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Corporate Administration functions across our Group. Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits. Handle employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, disciplinary matters, and terminations. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
