1. Company Benefits Management
Insurance:
Work with the insurance broker to manage employee data and inquiries.
Record enrollments and verify invoices for payment.
Medical Expenses:
Ensure medical payments follow the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Coordinate with hospitals for employee support and maintain records of claims.
Prepare monthly claims reports and monitor emergency cases.
Savings Fund:
Manage savings fund processes, such as enrollment, resignation applications, and contribution payments.
Prepare annual reports for adjustments.
Emergency Loans:
Handle employee emergency loan requests and process payments as per the CBA.
Other Benefits:
Oversee employees' benefit requests, including verification and payment processing for various company benefits.
