Job Description
Ensure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for weekly & monthly payroll.
Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Dept.
Processing of weekly & monthly payroll input accurately and on time.
Capturing of leave, training & disciplinaries on H. R System.
Generate various reports as required e.g., overtime, leave, sick leave, training.
Ensure that all HR administration for new engagements & exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
Assist weekly & monthly staff with medical aid queries, loan applications, etc.
Ensure that all H. R administration for retirement fund home loans / beneficiary forms / funeral claims is completed accurately and on time.
Assist with Ad hoc H. R duties as required from time to time.
