Your Tasks
Coordinate site accommodation and transportation plans in collaboration with the operations team to meet manpower and logistical needs
Source and manage accommodation units by liaising with procurement, property owners, and the administration department to finalize contracts and arrangements
Facilitate the move-in process for site personnel and monitor utility services, ensuring timely payments to prevent disruptions.
Oversee rental vehicle coordination, including processing rental agreements and ensuring proper use and maintenance of service vehicles.
