About the role
Due to Internal movements in the team, we are looking for a seasoned HR Advisor to support our Weipa Operations.
As a HR Advisor, you will be a visible and trusted HR support embedded on site, working closely with operational leaders and frontline teams, playing a key role in influencing culture, safety, and performance by turning business priorities into clear, people‑focused solutions.
