They are seeking an HR Advisor based in Braintree who is looking to progress their career by supporting the HR department within the organisation.

Your new role

Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

Producing HR reports and developing new in-house processes within the HRIS.

Supporting the HR/Talent team with administration of thepany ATS and the recruitment process.

Full employee life cycle

Conducting and overseeing the induction and onboarding process, including all relevant documentation.

Assisting with HR projects and initiatives such as engagement activities, wellbeing programmes, and diversity and inclusion work.
