We’re recruiting an HR Advisor to join our Clear Risk Management (CRM) HR team on a 12‑month FTC . This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a hands‑on, client‑facing role within a growing, commercial business - and to genuinely develop your HR advisory skills.
About the role
This isn’t a back‑office HR position. You’ll manage your own panel of clients, advising on day‑to‑day HR and employment matters and helping organisations navigate people challenges with confidence.
You’ll work alongside experienced HR consultants, giving you support when you need it - but also the space to use your judgement, build relationships and grow. No two clients are the same, and no two days will be either.
