HR Advisor

**Role** **Purpose**

The HR Advisor supports end-to-end HR operations with a primary focus on Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance. The role ensures a smooth hiring and induction process, supports learning and development coordination, manages employee relations matters, maintains accurate HR system and payroll data, and contributes to DE&I and wellbeing initiatives, while providing broader operational HR support as required.

**Key Accountabilities**

Recruitment and Onboarding

+ Sourcingcandidates andshortlisting them based on business requirements.

+ Conduct Compliance checks for offered candidates.

+ Support with IJPS, Assessments, andcreation/update ofJob Description, job offers,andjob contracts.

+ Reviewing the visa status of new recruits andworkingwith theonboarding/adminteam to ensure they joinona timelymanner.
