This is a rare opportunity to own the HR function on the ground in Brisbane while being supported by a structured, national people team.
As the sole HR representative on-site, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse workforce of both white and blue-collar professionals. You will be the boots on the ground across three key sites in Brisbane, ensuring that leadership and staff have high-touch, face-to-face support.
