ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting an HR Advisor/Consultant on a permanent basis to join our locally based client in supporting SME clients. 

Key expertise, skills, and attributes required are:

At least 3 years’ experience in HR with up to date working knowledge of employment legislation and case law
Worked in SME’s, responsible for all aspects of HR
Used to dealing with people management challenges
ER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence management
Managed complex disciplinary, and grievance cases
Not risk averse, with the ability to advise leadership on best course of action
Tribunal Case Management / Hearings – an advantage but not essential
Commercial approach with knowledge of how business operates
An open and inquisitive mind
Excellent communication and listening skills
Agility to manage multiple clients and stakeholders
