HR AdvisorWe are looking for an HR Advisor to support HR processes and employee inquiries, ensuring high service quality and data integrity across our platforms.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support on HR queries and issues, acting as first point of contact by phone or case management.Develop and maintain knowledge articles to improve the internal knowledge base.Handle standard and non-standard HR policy requests, onboarding and offboarding support.Process transactions in HR systems (Workday, Service-Now, SNOW) to maintain accurate employee data for current and former employees.Deliver specialized administrative support to HR leaders, managers and vendors.Produce reporting and audit data; monitor KPI and SLA metrics with Service Model leadership.Coordinate interactions with external vendors and Centers of Expertise (COE).
Assist employees with enrollment in payroll and time-tracking systems (ADP, Meta4, Workday).
