Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Manpower & Technical Certification Management: Manage manpower administration including employee records, headcount tracking, workforce movement, and monitor the validity, renewal, and compliance of employees' technical certifications, licenses, and statutory competency requirements.
- Performance Management: Support KPI development and implementation, guide department heads, and assist in managing performance-related issues.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee development programs, manage HRDF applications, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Employee Relations: Promote a positive workplace culture, handle employee grievances, and organize engagement initiatives.
