The role is required to analyse key HR metrics, develop regional reports and dashboards, and support leadership with strategic workforce planning. In addition to analytics, ensures accurate and timely employee payments by managing Singapore payroll data, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with HRBPs and finance teams to address payroll-related issues and drive process improvements.
