About the role

The HR Analyst (Payroll & Data Analytics) will play a key role in supporting the Compensation & Benefits team by leveraging advanced data analytics to optimize payroll, compensation, and benefits processes. This role will focus on providing actionable insights through the analysis of payroll and HR data, preparing key reports, and assisting with month-end, year-end, and compensation reviews. The HR Analyst will enhance decision-making by supporting the Head of C&B in strategic planning and assisting the Payroll Assistant Manager in operational payroll data tasks.
