Job Description


Assist in managing employee records and personal files.
Support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee information.
Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
Experience Level: 02 years of experience in HR or accounting roles
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational abilities and discretion
Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of HR planning and payroll processes
Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
