Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital).
- Support in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and staff movement forms.
- Help organize training sessions, team-building activities, and performance appraisals.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement and inventory control.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
- Support communication and coordination between departments and external vendors.
