The HR and Admin Officer will serve as a hands-on HR Generalist responsible for managing end-to end human resources functions while also handling administrative and payroll coordination tasks. This role requires a 360-degree multitasking HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment and can collaborate closely with management and accounting for payroll processing and release.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role
Strong working knowledge of all facets of HR (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, admin, compliance)
Payroll experience is required, including coordination with accounting/finance.
Familiar with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
Experience in retail, trading, or fast-paced industries is an advantage but not required.
