The role:

• Work with, and as a partof our highly performing management team comprised of tenured departmentspecialists and rising stars to ensure HR needs are fulfilled anddepartments are appropriately staffed and skilled.
• Oversee onboarding ofteam members to ensure each new hire is resourced, inducted, trained andready to hit the ground running.
• Support departmentmanagers with their HR needs to ensure smooth running and team welfare isprioritized.
• In a rapidly changingindustry, stay one step ahead in all things compliance. From LiquorLicensing to Food Safety - being organized is key.
