HR and Payroll Officer

Job duties

• End-to-End Payroll Administration
• Statutory Compliance (CPF, IR8A, IR21)
• Government Claims (NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare, Levy Waiver)
• Using Timesoft system for payroll processing
• Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
• Tax Filing & Payroll Reporting
• General Ledger Reconciliation
• HR Operations & Policy Compliance
• Microsoft Excel
• Manage annual medical insurance and work injury compensation renewals; liaise with insurers and MOM
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance with statutory requirements
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate interviews
• Work Pass Administration (EP, S Pass, WP)
