🌟 What are we looking for

You'll work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff on everything people-related. We're 20 people with solid HR foundations already in place. Your job is to scale what works, improve existing systems, and build what's missing as we grow. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, broad exposure, and the opportunity to help shape the culture and organisation of a fast-growing company.<...
