Job Description
The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role involves handling employee records, timekeeping, benefits administration, onboarding activities, and internal HR communications to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor employee 201 files and other HR records.
- Administer timekeeping, attendance, and leave monitoring.
- Process and coordinate government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) with external providers.
- Assist in new hire onboarding and employee orientation.
- Facilitate internal HR communications, including policies, announcements, and events.
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and HR-related reports.
- Address basic employee HR inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
