Job Summary
The HR Assistant (Compensation & Benefits) supports the HR team in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with payroll- and benefits-related processes to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining employee data and attendance records
- Help process benefits enrollment, changes, and claims
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records
- Assist in salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive processing
- Coordinate with benefits providers and internal departments
- Respond to employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws
