HR Assistant

• Graduate of 4-year course major in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related Business Administration courses

• With at least 1 year of working experience handling all facets of HR

• Must be Knowledgeable with Training and Organizational Development

• Must be willing to work in Cainta, Rizal.

Job responsibilities:

• Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
• Training and Organizational Development
• Timekeeping, payroll and government benefits administration
• Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
• Performing administrative tasks
• Overseeing employee health and safety procedures
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Updating job requirements when needed
